There was a young woman, her
name was Krisha.
She was unhappy, demotivated
and surrounded with negative thought.
Every new day, she couldn`t

She was teacher by profession.

That day onward, Krisha start

of habit and goal setting.
For implement in daily life,
she starts setting small-small achievable goal for herself and take out time
from their daily routine and practice self-care such as exercise, follow
morning rituals, journaling, and meditation, it is more important.
Meditation plays important role

As she continues following her
journey, after someday pas, she observes positive changes in her life.
She felt more motivated,
positive, confident, and happy.
She began to develop new set
of skills and works on her skills set and interest.
