I going to start journaling, you can also start your
journaling with me.
Journaling will help in reducing stress of the days, also
help to think about good memory of the day, also making notes will help in keeping
memory of the day. In this fast-going time, it is very difficult to keep remember
of things we live, we experience, our feeling, our emotions everything. Also, with
this, we can make habit of writing our thought and view.
So, from today I am going to start writing blog, and I
will try to be consistent. And, you also can start with me writing in blog or
in my comment section or in your diary. The topic of the day is:

My Favorite part of today.
Before starting blog let me introduce myself – Hello, my name is Nalin and I`m married working women. I am Working in prestigious company and designation is Senior software engineer. What about you? (You can use my comment section to introduce yourself, Great 😊)
My working shift is afternoon, because of this I didn`t
find much time for myself as well as for writing or posting anything. And to be
honest, my best part of day is this time. Right now, I am writing journaling and
going to share the blog with you. Yes, it`s been too long, since I shared
anything, but now I am planning to be consistent.
It`s been so many days, I wanna change my habit, my
daily routine, but not able to do because of my procrastination. Now I am planning
to do action instead of just planning and doing nothing. Well… What you are doing
while you are procrastinate? Resting or just planning or postponing task to
some other day. You know in my case I am planning and doing nothing. Yes, I know
it is not correct, I must do something instead of only planning but without
planning nothing will done. This is the loop for me it`s seems.
I am feeling free and very relax, after writing all
this sentences. It is not making any difference but the relax emotion is the
outcome of this few sentences for me. You can also try. Write anything, it will
helpful for any emotional condition. Not feeling good, write why not feeling
good? Not feeling happy, write why not feeling happy? Don`t know where to
start, write all steps you know. Don`t know how to feel. Write current situation
and emotions, whatever you feel. In this era, we stop writing. People think diary
writing is old stuff. But it is not. Keep one diary and write, make notes what
you like? Your plannings, dreams. It will make you alive. It will help you in your
connection with yourself.

diary about your favorite part of day or you can also make blog for you.

ReplyDeleteSometime we don't have any words to express about our current situation and feelings. its approx impossible to express how we feel by words that why god have created tears and shaky hands. But we can write about our special moment of the day and about new ideas and steps to make it real.
Hey yes, you are right,
Deleteand best way to handle those feelings and emotions is to push it to deep down of our heart and learn to suffer it. let the time take care of it.
Take pen and pencil, and force yourself to think what you like, in this way you will understand what you don`t like. And then you will get words also to write. :)
